PLEASE NOTE: This app is no longer being maintained. We are leaving it on the App Store because some people still download the app and find it useful, but we will be focusing our development efforts on other projects. This means some features of the app may become outdated and buggy and remain that way for the foreseeable future.

Chetawani is Nepali for "Warning."

The app provides access to the community-driven Open Street Map emergency response map of effected areas as well as links to a small variety of emergency resources by third party organizations.

This app was made by two student volunteers from the United World College Costa Rica. Please contact us with any suggestions, questions or ideas. The app is also open source and can be found on GitHub (just search Chetawani).

We are doing our best to verify all information presented by the app (with contacts on the ground in Nepal), but of course in such a chaotic situation it is never really possible to know if anything is 100% accurate, so please excuse us for any mistakes.
